刷了油漆的木头上怎么贴瓷砖？

如题。要不要把漆除掉。
现在家里有ultraflex premium grade cement based adhesive.

nail or screw cement sheets or villa boards to the timber as the underlay then tile over. This is the recommended way to go plus you reserve the chance that the tiles and underlay can be removed in the future if you change mind.
Some flexible adhesive can still do the job. Your floorboards must be very solid condition. I think Ardex isoflex adhesive can do the bond. If you do so you need to read the instruction of the adhesive and check your timber of your floor. Oily timber or cypress pine may not be accepted.

多谢。就是一块窗台。现在已经除了一半油漆了。

油漆已经除完了，那我用cement based adhesive还是去买ardex isoflex bond?

I didn't find this ultraflex is suitable for tile over timber. You may double check the instruction on it. To me I'd go to find something suitable.
The sales people in Bunnings may help you to choose a acrylic based sealant. As your area is so small you may simply buy a small piece of villa board as the underlay. SikaFlex may have a product suitable. Check the sales and see what options are available.
I'd not risk to use an adhesive not designed for that purpose. Once the tile starts crack it's harder to remove and easier to damage the window.
The window is exposed to sunlight, plus you may want to put some small wet stuff on it. You don't really want to re-do it in a few months.
Is the window in kitchen/laundry/bathroom?

多谢。
我看错了。上面写的是timber floor（with cement sheet xxxx）
等会儿出去买胶水去。
那瓷砖和ultraflex是灶台后面splashback剩下的。本想废物利用，结果又要颇费了。
