请高手帮忙看看这个building inspection Report

没有啊。新手，第一次看房就定了，被中介忽悠的不马上签合同就会被别人抢了，所以没找律师看合同，没做building inspection
就签了合同。教训啊

articulation joints没有，slip joints没有，weep hole做那么高，潮气怎么出去？
不知道改造这些要花多少钱。房子先天不足。反悔要花多少钱？小定金，还是大定金？

您真是专家阿，说得这些我都不懂 。 小订，所以决定放弃算了。再小声问一句，以后有建筑方面的问题能问您吗?发现现在这边新盖的房子质量都不怎么样阿，偷工减料

小定没事，才几千块。总比以后花上万修，到头来还卖不掉要好。

articulation joints和slip joints是砖房抗裂的手段。
Articulation joints
Brick veneer construction is
very brittle and susceptible to cracking

accommodate these movements

that vetilation location is too high... and there are no weepholes shown on the pics

there are a lot of dodgy builders not using articulation joint when they build brick wall, it will save them some money on time, labour and material. It is kind of a grey area in brick laying trade. And from the pics I am not sure if the reason of crack is lack of articulation joint, because there is only one horizental crack on the wall, it is just a possibility.

安慰一下，帮你谴责中介我当初买房的时候也是事后发现中介当初看房时跟我说的话全是假的，不过还好那些假话没有造成我什么损失。感谢一朋友当初告诉我一定要律师看完合同才能签字，千万不要在中介的办公室签字

是啊，如果没有vertical articulation joint，应该是纵向开裂吧？
