RTO looking for Fulltime IT officer

                We are a small-medium Registered Training Organisation in Melbourne and we are looking for a full-time IT Officer to join our IT team to provide helpdesk support to internal staff and students.
The successful candididate will also be responsible for:
- Updating the company website
- Planning the lifecycle for the IT infrastructure, and maintaining all computer systems
- On occasion you may be required to provide basic IT training to staff members or students
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and knowledge:
Essential
- Minimum CCNA certificate
- Minimum MCSE 2003/2008 certificate
- The ability to effectively work alone without supervision
- Can work in a dynamic team with good communication skills
- Quick leaner with a "can do" attitude is essential to fulfil this role
- Minimum 1 year working experience with Cisco switches and have good understanding of OSI layers
- Minimum 1 year working experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 Infrastructure and have solid knowledge on Active Directory and Group Policy
Desirable
- CCNP will be desirable
- Knowledge with HTML and CSS will be desirable
- Minimum 1 year working experience with VOIP PBX. Experience with Asterisk will be desirable
- Experience with Citrix Xenserver Visualization will be desirable
- Experience with website related project will be desirable
