With the rapid growth of module, we are seeking hire Strategy Development Manager, with basic command of Chinese, to oversee different aspects of the business and implement strategic plannings to ensure long-term competency of the corporation.
Why do we need you?
For this role, job scope will cover:
Identifying various high-potential business opportunities; developing customized business strategies that are aligned with achieving corporate objectives. Tasks include the definition of business scope, development of differentiated value propositions and marketing strategies, as well as preparation of revenue models and financial analyses.Reviewing of different external factors, such as economic trends and demand levels, to determine sales potential of a marketed product or serviceProviding consultation on the investment of company fundsWorking closely with the team leaders of various departments, ensuring that operation procedures and resource allocations are properly aligned with the strategic planning put in placeBeing alert to important industrial trends within and outside the company, speculating on how business activities may be affectedResearching on obstacles encountered upon the implementation of a business plan, deriving effective solutions and providing recommendations to the board of directorsGathering information on competitors' products and servicesCollecting and reviewing demographic data on potential customers, measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies in the short and long term.Arranging for meetings with the finance team to discuss on businesses cash flow performance, allocating budget and spending efficiently
What are we looking for?
The successful applicant should possess:
At least 5 years of experience dealing with business responsibilities and management rolesProven track record of developing business plans and procedures with a positive outcomeExtensive knowledge on investment and risk managementRelevant qualification of a Bachelor Degree in ManagementBasic command of Chinese
