With the rapid growth of businesses, we are seeking hire an office receptionist at our Melbourne branch.
Why do we need you?
For this role, you will be tasked with handling daily administrative operations to ensure smooth running of businesses. Your job scope for this position will generally include:
Receiving and redirecting incoming phone calls, responding to client inquiries in a professional mannerActing as the first point of contact for visiting clients, meeting and directing them accordinglyManaging the general documentation and filing system in the officeResponding to customer complaints and concerns when necessaryMonitoring and maintaining the supply of office stationeries, making orders when there is a lackCoordinating the repair and maintenance works for office equipmentUpdating the daily appointment calendarMaintaining policies related to health, safety and cleanliness, ensuing that they are observed by staff membersProducing various reports to be reviewed by the managerial board
What are we looking for?
The successful applicant should possess:
A minimum of 1 year working experience in customer service management/ administrationIELTS test results averaging 6.5 and above (for international applicants)Minimum qualification of a Diploma/ Bachelor DegreeA current Australia citizen, PR or TRFluent command of Chinese and English
