房客要求：不带宠物、不在室内吸烟、女士优先考虑、看房需要出示护照或者澳洲驾照、如果带人留宿每天需要收取$10资源使用费。
This is a master bedroom with exclusive toilet and bath for renting at $150/week  for one person, $180/week for two persons, including electricity, water and gas bills,  internet.
The house is just half-minute walk to 754 bus stop. It takes only 10 minute by bus to Glen Waverley shopping center and train station. Jells Park is just behind the door, ideal for exercise and picnic.  In the house, there is a large lounge and Kitchen area. Sofa, air conditioner, heater, stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc are ready to use.
The room is a master bedroom with exclusive toilet and bath. There is a floor-to-ceiling window, an air conditioner, and a superb wardrobe with a huge mirror door. Basic furniture provided as shown in the pictures.  
Housemate Requirement: no pet, smoking outside, prefer female, passport/driver’s license are required for inspection. Extra charge of $10/day applies when bringing a friend to stay overnight in the rented premise.
