                The MXXD is a real estate development group, we development portfolio is diversified across landmark residential properties at Melbourne bayside in 2014, this project are invested in 10 million. We currently have a new opportunity for a Project Manager to work in our highly successful Development division.
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage the project delivery and take responsibility for financial and program delivery of our land subdivision and master planned community residential sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and report against Development program and project feasibility
Manage Planning and Authority approval process
Community with town planner and city council
Evaluate options and make recommendations considering risk
Monitor Construction program and budget
Overseas building materials purchasing
