2、根据客户需求为客户提供匹配的房源信息;
3、可以利用公司丰富的人力物力资源;
4、参与公司未来项目开发
我们需要您:
1.持有Real Estate Sales Representative Certificate;
2.有車及有效駕照;
3.有相关工作经验;
4. 流利的中英文
5.热爱销售工作,沟通表达能力强;
6.有责任心,有良好的团队协作精神;

Real Estate experience is-essential. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills to become a lead Real Estate Agent. You will be trained and mentored by the best.
Duties include:
?Answering of busy switch?Meeting and greeting clients?Liaising with landlords & buyers?Assisting with contract administration?Sales administration?Assisting walk in enquiriesProperty Management Administration (preparation agreements, letters etc)
To be considered for this role you will:
Have a current Agents Representative CertificateHave a sales mentalityBe confident cold calling and prospectingA positive ‘can-do’ attitudeExcellent time management skills
Great attention to detailA strong passion for Real EstateExtensive Real Estate Sales Admin/Advertising experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
