Permanent position
·
Based in South Eastern Suburbs
·
Estimating & Administrative works including Multi-levelsresidential, Commercial & Industrial projects
·
Some previous industry or estimating experiences will be preferable butnot a necessity

We are looking for self-motivated personnel to work anddevelop their skills in commercial and industrial construction.
The successful applicants will possess:
·
The ability to read and interpret architecturaldrawings
·
Ability to read and interpret contractual documents,specifications and drawings
·
Good at mathematics to be able to work out quotes.
·
Preparing take-offs and review quotes.
·
High computer literacy
·
Excellent English and Communication skills. Mandarinspeaking background is strongly preferable but not a necessity.
·
Flexible approach and attitude towards multi-tasking.
