Fast-paced and quality-driven Japanese restaurant inSt. Kilda is looking for an experienced kitchen hand/cook/chef for a full time/ past time/ cacual positions.(Japenese cooking experienses is not necessary)
?Strong work ethic and high level of cleanliness is required.

For an experienced cook, we will make sure that you will step up your skill of Japanese cuisine. We also offer the opportunity to learn the art of sushi & sashimi for a suitable cook.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to improve and broaden your cooking skill under the guidance of japanese chef.
For a beginner/intermidiate sushi chef, this is a great opportunity to learn the proper basic skill that many of 'sushi chef' in melbourne is lacking of.
