Essential Responsibilities
| developing and implementing new administrative systems such as record managementmaintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and improvements
Manage and maintain the Office Manager's annual budget
·
Manage most aspects of Human Resources/Personnel functions such as maintaining personnel files, induction of new employees, obtaining and/or completing all personnel-related documents, monitoring staff absences
·
delegate work to staff and manage their workload and output
·
promoting staff development and training
·
maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
·
Manage customer enquiries relating to sales, warranty and complaints
·
reviewing and update health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
·
Coordinate and perform sales order processing including data entry and invoicing
·
Client Liaisons
Assist with stock scheduling
Coordinate and perform telesales to support campaigns where required
Customer relations management of clients
Produce quotes as required
Assist in accounts where required
Coordinate and perform assistance to the Business Development Managers to:
grow and develop sales in across Australia
Build network of Dealers, Distributors and Resellers
Market to and win significant share of territories major retailors
Deliver sales at the agreed profit and market share objectives
Prospecting and acquisition of new customers in accordance with sales and management strategies
Assist with the coordination of marketing activities
Assist in development of marketing literature, adverts, web sites, press releases and training material as directed by management.

Must have requirements
|
Five years of office management experience, with a strong proficiency in dealing with the public.
Must be able to adhere to deadlines, complete projects independently and manage costs and budgets.
Experience in setting up a new office/managing an office move
You must be comfortable in a highly collaborative, consensus-oriented environment.
Understanding of and experience in the Australian PV industry
Experience with using a range of ERP and CRM IT systems
Must be creative, highly motivated, and able to operate effectively in multiple cultural contexts.
Mandarin speaker is preferred
