Thanks...I use plain flour from Coles / Woolworth, for some reason, my machine struggle to squeeze out the noodle. it always jammed and restart...although I followed the instruction and use the correct water : flour ratio.

you can try to add a little bit more water.I had the same experience before and I found out that using flour bought from the supermarket you need more water.
