请问几岁的小孩可以坐在小轿车的副驾驶座上？

我觉得是12岁以下的孩子不可以坐前座面包车与工具车前都贴有这个提示所以我以为小轿车应该也是12岁以下不可以

当时小孩有安全座椅，只是不知道他什么时候把手给拿出来了
