约400每季，煮饭用电，电热水器。
也是EA的，签约两年锁定12%优惠，打电话就有这个，
全家用节能电灯管，部分用LED甚至太阳能LED，电脑全部NOTEBOOK，台式机耗电厉害，每台400瓦。
还有电力公司经常出错的。

Everybody is different, need more information on the power usage.
1. You got gas or is everything on electricity.
2. If your hot water is electricity, is it off peak or standard?
3. Air conditioners/heaters and usage pattern during the period.
4. Electrical appliances usage pattern for example are you running two gigantic server at home or not.
5. Got swimming pool?
6. Blah blah, you get the idea, list out everything that use power at home and when you use them.
Next, how much you getting charged, sounds like you are on smart meter, probably different rate at different hour, list them out. Then list out the daily usage, you can then go from there to say if your charge is fair or not.
It is pointless to say I got charged 700 dollar and is it expensive without explaining your usage pattern and rate you getting charged at.
