If you have lived in Buidling A for 6 months/12months, then moved to Building B, and lease A as an investment property.When you sale Building A within 6 years after you moved out, A still could be treated as your own residence property on tax purpose.

不可以吧,如果住到你自己名下的物业,就算6年内卖掉也算投资的。除非你出去租别人的。

Of course you can't have two main residence house at the same time.
You moved into A for 6 months, then moved out to B. A is your main residence within 6 years, which mean you sell A in 6 years with CGT exemption.
For B, the period you rent out(before you move into B) can't be CGT exemption, but the date you moved into B till you move out of B can get partial CGT exemption. If you want fully CGT exemption for B, then A only gets partial CGT exemption.
In one word, you can't have full CGT exemption for 2 properties at the same period.

My point is the period between u move into B and sell A, A should be treated as your main residence, and B is gonna be rental property even u live in B, otherwise A cannot be CGT exempted. I may be wrong but that what I understand from the clause. I have the same concern as this thread pointed actually.

都能买得上投资房了,况且还升直了,还在呼那点增值税
