可以延期cooling off，让你律师以你的贷款还没搞下来的原因向对方发出延期cool off一周的要求，对方律师没办法不答应的，
如果白蚁实在问题严重那就别要了，不过小定金就没了

we already have 10 days cooling off. from the reports unit 10 and unit 11 had been treated and protected..and they have a common wall. there is a narrow aisle between unit 10 and unit 9....but just woundering termite could move to other place...
and if we terminate the contract, we will lose our 0.25% deposits and also pay some conveyancer fee plus strata reports, pest, building inspection fee...not a small amount.......

呵呵，理解你的心情，但房子这东西最好还是稳妥，风险肯定是有的，白蚁很讨厌，而且一旦你家里也染上的话那strata里一定会有记录的，到时候再出手卖的时候肯定是费劲些，
我觉得看你自己了，如果真的特喜欢那就要了
我那房子延期了一周cool off，因为小区里有条sewerage pipe，  从隔壁的车库地下穿过去的，对方律师order了sydney water的信但一直就没出来，我当时也是交了。25订金，特闹心，估计和你现在心情差不多，不过还好后来都解决了
白蚁还是要谨慎啊。。。
试试砍砍价吧，估计挺难，合同都交换完了，一边是损失2000左右，  一边是几十万房子住进去可能会比较折腾，自己选吧
