上次有人在拍卖过程中文到这个问题，中介含糊其辞。
中介怎么可能不知道答案呢？

以我所知, 因为人口增加, 市政府批准墨尔本东区的大部份大路旁(有交通工具行走的,例如电车或公交车), 但不知道换了新政府以后还有没有这一回事

一般鬼佬都不喜欢太繁华的地段自主。
但是华人不介意，而且热闹些有点儿人气。
RSPCA后面那块空地计划着是发展成一个购物中心，有保龄球，影院之类。
但是你看，这么多年了，还是泥潭呢。
所以，也没好坏之分吧，看你想要啥。
那里除了没有火车，电车和汽车都是不错的。
毕竟老区，周围设施也全，华人店也有的。
老人家自己走过去买个酱油都成。

如有长线投资眼光的, 知道因为人口不断增加的关系, 这一块地在未来一定会被发展..
正所谓宁买当头起,莫买当头跌, 试想当所有配套做好的时候,房价会不会升?
