没有大毛病的房子，房东是不会为了这几千块钱的小毛病跟你谈价格的。
没有大毛病的额房子，买的人更多，房东更有底气。
不过要我就回去告他， 至少把INSPECTION 的钱给要回来。

This is at least misleading and unproper advertisement. LZ take screenshot, keep all evendence and consult laywer. You might not really go court but could get some compensation from them.

it is not about a $600 inspection.
I have come across a very generous vendor agreed on my offer.
It can be a situation that the vendor would cover a minor repair somewhere around 3k, can be 5k or higher, otherwise he won't agree on "subject to a satisfactory buiding inspection" which is fairly open to the buyer, and the Agent confirmed this with me "it is a buyer option".
if you search in oursteps you will even find there was a case that the buyer sucessfully re-negotiated the price for another 10k.

也不是去找律师或者上法院。就是递交给CAV，还是有点用的，之前试过。

以前认识个老太太，离异，刚刚丢失工作，上一个课程的时候认识我老婆。一辈子都在fight，曾自豪的跟我老婆说 no one can take any advantage off me。很崇敬，因为我很懒...
好吧，我刚刚看到你前边仿佛说最少应该可以要回来inspect fee, 所以顺便说一嘴。现在收回，同时表示歉意，原来是3k-5k 甚至有可能上万， it is a big deal, 加油！

they did come on time but the report was delayed
it is hard to get different ones since you need book time with estate agent to inspect the property...
no to mention it is a rental property needs consent from the tenants too....
