今天从Builder处收到了泥土检测的报告， Site 一栏上写的是Ｐ／Ｈ，请教高人这是什么意思？

Ｃｏｎｃｒｅｔｅ　ｓｌａｂ不是有很多的等级吗，　比如Ｍｃｌａｓｓ是普通等级，　Ｐｃｌａｓｓ是问题等级，　所以我这个Ｐ／Ｈ算是什么等级啊？是不是被Ｂｕｉｌｄｅｒ讹上啦？

Soil Testing (Site Classification) For Foundation Construction
Soil Tests (site classification) for residential dwellings, industrial, commercial and institutional buildings, be they part of a subdivision or an individual allotment or building extension are required to assess the subsurface conditions and therefore enable design of appropriate foundations. SITE Geotechnical regularly undertake these types of investigations in accordance with the Australian Standards;
AS2870-1996: "Residential Slabs and Footings - Construction" and
AS1726-1993: “Geotechnical site investigations”

Your site is namely classified based upon the expected movement of the foundation soils - generally related to the capacity of the soil to shrink and swell.
The following classifications may be typically given:
* CLASS 'A' - Little or no ground movement
* CLASS 'S' - Slightly reactive sites
* CLASS 'M' - Moderately reactive sites
* CLASS 'H' - Highly reactive sites
* CLASS 'E' - Extremely reactive sites
* CLASS 'P' - Problem site
The site classification is presented by site Geotechnical in a formal report which generally forms part of a building application.

Soil on this site are classified "H" in accordance with AS2870-1996.
The footing system should be designed by a qualify engineer due to the site being classify P.
Site classify P due to fill on site.
The site classification may be altered if site is cut and filled.
