PC建房，请问这个landscaping是不是我理解的意思？

送的一套landscaping:
Front - provide mulch garden beds and pebbles throughout. Planted out with a mixture of drought tolerant plants (indicative guide only) revised in accordance with water restrictions. Rear Yard: Provide mulch garden beds with drought tolerant plants, with crushed rock to dead side of house and granitic granit to remainder.
前院是木头屑和圆石子，种一些防旱植物，后面时木头屑防旱植物，另外有碎岩石在房子最后端其余地方是花岗石？我查到有人问是用mulch还是pebbles，不知道这里说的mulch and pebbles是不是两个一起用？还是一部分用这个一部分那个？另外dead side of house是指房子的什么位置呢，granitic granit to remainder是所有其他的地方么？
