发一封传真给他，简要清晰陈述一遍事情经过，要求他在2周内还钱，如果有异议请回信。然后在传真原件上打印日期----澳洲这地方没有白纸黑字没有人认账。这封传真的作用就是一个证据，他不回应就代表默认事实。
然后你把转账信息打印出来，连同这封信，他的builder号，公司abn去fairtrading投诉，如果他的liscense是真的，不会置之不理的。

写了，大家帮我看一下这封传真吧，有没有什么不当的地方，
Dear Mr.
I am writing to you concerning the refund of my paving work deposit.
I accepted your quote on my paving work and paid you $5670 deposit from 08 Jun 2010 to 11 Jun 2010. You could not do the work after over four month since I paid the deposit
.
On 29 Oct we agreed that you will not do my paving work anymore and you will refund me the money I paid plus interest at 6.76%. The refund date you promised is 12 Nov 2010 (You sent me an email on 9 Nov saying by Friday afternoon).
Now the payment has been more than a month overdue. I therefore request that you pay the amount you own me within 14 days of the date of this letter. If this does not occur by the 24 Dec 2010, I will have no other choice than to lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs or take action in the courts to resolve the dispute.

定金5%-10%就夠啦
你是要做多大的活?
如果不能非常信任的公司
你可以採工料分開付款的
他最多賺你材料的5%吧 (材料的BUILDER LISCENSE discount 的利差)
好幾個月的話 ......很不妥阿

活也没有多大，$9800，不太懂规矩，他要那么多，就给了。当时想迟早都要给，不差那么几天。
血淋淋的教训呀！
上面的那封信根本没有寄出去，总想着他会突然良心发现把钱给我。其实我发现我根本找不到他的地址。
又打电话说圣诞之前肯定给，没办法等吧。
过了圣诞又没有等到钱，妖蛾子却出来了。他说他花了$3500的材料费，要从押金中扣除。明显高于正常值，但他说都有发票。
给ocba打电话，说没有寄信，发过email也算数儿。今天给我寄个表格。慢慢熬吧，不知还要忍受多久没有driveway的日子。这事儿搞不定，我又不能找其他人做我的活儿。
