钱到用时方恨少啊，只能眼光放长远些，希望几年后发展的好一点，周边生活设施多一点，学校质量上去点。

We've been told that there will be an other 5 drops on interest rate within this year. However the reserve bank didn't drop it 1st Tuesday of Feb as we expected. I hope is has reached the rock bottom now but the reality is noone can tell if the market will be keep diving or not, although it's already the worst real estate market ever. But one thing is for sure which is the government will have to do something to save the market because they won't get much stamp duty if there were not much transactions there. And loads of related industries have got hurt badly, too.

据说最近PC的房子涨了10%左右，你要快点了，好多房子出来一个星期不到就under contract了。。。。。

that is not true. I am an agent myself in this area and I don't see it happening
