为什么不用ubank呢？

刚刚看到广告，ubank给出6.14的贷款利率（对ubank用户）。可是我发现大家都不用他家的贷款。为什么呢？别的最低利率当前也是6.46吧，在30万左右。

我现在用ingdirect，也是没有branch哇。但是利率就差好多。

靠，刚刚退了UBank。ubank除了利率低，没有其他优势：没有EFT，没有offset，关键一点是很拖沓。我去年11月份申请，ubank过几个星期才说要补材料。补了，又等了好久valuer来看。看完了，又得等loan specialist来confirm。说等contract pack吧。已经2月份了。最后等到了contract pack，签字画押寄过去了，最后通知我，我家房子的名字在我一个人名下，LP不能和我一起申请，除非change title！！！靠，NAB都用了两年了，人家屁都没放一个，你ubank一个NAB的子公司就斤斤计较了，而且关键是ubank你要放屁早点，等到我把合同都签了你再告诉我不行，是不是太损了。change title又的几百，算上NAB的discharge fee和可恶的government fee以及杂七杂八的费用，得两年才能make even，很不值得换。
以前我用过onedirect，也是网上的，ANZ的子公司，服务利率使用都很好。很可惜，它停止接受新用户了。
奉劝各位还是不要试了，next。（ubank去年广告是头1000个成功申请者有终身折扣，可现在折扣还有效，并且还有$500gift card；说明什么？说明从去年11月到现在还没达到1000人。估计很多人和我一样，实在是熬不过丫的。）

申请UBANK 申请 审批 补材料。。。。后来被拒了 说俺cash flow 有问题 意思是俺太穷

They don't even offer online banking.........everything has to go through phone banking........
Their phone banking is advertised as 24/7... but there are online reviews complainning that their service line could be quite hard to get through.

Lately, Ubank is offering a promotional lifetime loyalty discount of 0.20% which will reduce their standard variable rate down to 6.14% (information as at Friday, 3:30pm 10/02/2012)    However, this discount would ONLY apply to mortgage contracts which are settled within 6 weeks from the date of application. Also, mortgagees will be offered a $500 Coles Myer gift cards if "all required materials" could be submitted by end of Feb.   
Well..........everyone could simply imagine, they would have millions of ways to prevent the settlement from happening on time......
