mel 预算在50W左右可以在哪个区买房？谢谢大家

Oakleigh, murrumbeena 这条线上的选择有但少，2房的都得看情况。。然后就是Clayton, 租学生。。。然后springvale, noble park 这个价格都够买HOUSE了。

自住的话最好别买那里的吧，有个朋友告诫我“墨尔本的好区只会越来越好，然烂区只会越来越差”

LZ said it's for investment purpose.
BTW, in terms of price, it always has ripple effects...by the time the surrounding suburbs are so expensive people can't afford them, they will choose these suburbs because it is so much cheaper, then the price in these areas will also grow.
So if you are holding the property long term, such as 10-20 years, then I can't see why these suburb is not worth investing, especially if you look at the price atm.
NOT REFERRING TO ANY SUBURBS, JUST THE ONES THAT PEOPLE REFER TO AS 烂区!

这个房子，是我们去收房租，路过看见inspection，进去看看的
和中介聊了聊，知道vender的心里价位57w+
后来就一直关注
看来vender不差钱，不到57w就是不卖啊
感觉性价比还行，出租，自住都可
在校区内呢，比适合候孩子少的小家庭
