The Lin family home in Boundary Rd, North Epping, has been placed on the market, two and a half years after the murder of five members of the family.
The NSW Trustee and Guardian is managing the estate and they have appointed North Nor’West Property in Epping to sell the property.
Principal of North Nor’West Property, Ben Seehusen, has chosen Mike Ward to handle the sensitive negotiations for the sale, as he is the most senior and experienced member of the sales team.
The contract for the sale of the land has full disclosure of events that took place in the property.
It will not be open for public viewings, however, appointments can be made by interested parties.
