我以前租房的时候都是，规定这个房子最多多少人，比如我租422的，4个卧室，最多住5个人，这就是规矩，写到合同的，但是我在5个人之内，愿意分租的话，还要分租的人到中介那里报备，而且有可能批不下来，这种合同我就确实没见过了
