可以废了现在的owners corporate 住户自己管理房子吗

我们是4家unit
每年owners corporate是5000多4家
我觉得有点高
现在的管理公司是Strata
请问哪位大侠了解我们可以废了管理公司自己组织所有owners管理我们的公共设施吗
还有我查到community title 和strata title有区别，如果我们是strata title是不是一定要用Strata公司管理
如果想写信问有关部门问谁呢？

I have the same situation as yours. Our annual expenses including manager fees were nearly $8000, worst than yours. If you wanted to get rid of your current management company, you would have to look for another one. Use google to look for strata house management companies, and ask them to give you an quotation. Then, you need the other two owners to agreed with your new management company quotation, otherwise, you would not be able to kick off current management company.
