I think you gave wrong information regarding Westpac loan package for the loan size $250k to $500k, 7.09%-0.7%=6.39% pa instead of 6.44%pa
Also, loan size >$500k the standard discount will be 7.09%-0.7%=6.39% instead of 6.34% pa
Of course, you can liase with bank to get better discount than 0.7% off.
I have no comments on other bank loan product information.
