请教FHOG的问题

如果买了一个房子打算自住，也领了7000块FHOG，但自住不到一年就卖掉了，是不是要把这FHOG7000块给退回政府？

Nope, as long as the intention was to live there as your principle place, and you have genuinely lived there for more than 6 months..it should be fine
