It is quite common to find the property is not on the list even in the booming market.
Maybe the agent doesn't want to let you know about that, or maybe the agent missed the call from the company who produce the report, maybe they are negotiating the price still. the report comes out on Saturday around 7 and it is very hard to capture everything happen on that day. It is not fare to make a decision regarding the market base on a single case, although i hope it is still heading south.
If you refer to RP data one, that contains most of the result but it is available on Friday for the past week. |
