感觉北区的房都很贵的,所以心里没底。上私校一上就是13年,我比较保守,如果没有留足够的钱,不会去上,万一上到一半没钱了怎么办。如果从房款里预留出私校的钱比如40万,那剩下的估计更不能买到合适的房了。所以先把住的问题解决了,以后有了余钱在考虑私校。而且现在比较倾向从中学上,如果孩子不是学习的好料。
