拍卖成交价格跟网上登出的不一样？！

几个星期前在glen waverley看一个auction 130万流拍，三天后agent 发了条SMS 170万sold了。
真奇怪，相差三天，卖主多赚了四十万！

REIV 66% and Theage is 55%, you can check online for last week
They use different methodology.

感觉40-60万的房子从6月开始价格有点涨了。好房子一直是僧多粥少的。

地点跟房型都好的房子确实好卖。 但是我到是没怎么太觉得涨价，地点房型都不好的，就很难卖出了！

你说的对。现在想买40, 50万房子的人多了比我看时价钱有点涨了。我朋友看了1年多还没找到合适的。

REIV has updated 18th Auction Rate (replaced by 25th Aug Result), but you can call them to check; the above link is for The Age on 18th Aug.
The Age data was collected by "Home price guide", they DO NOT use REIV.
Let's finish the discussion. I normally check both the reports and talked to my friends about it too, they also believe the different source of data result in the different "result".
