今天收到BUILDER加钱的信件。已经签好合同，COUNCIL批准了，怎么还能加钱？
大家看看这个价钱的项目主流还是非主流？谢谢，加3200刀。

*32mPa concrete to piers and slab in lieu of standard.
*premium plastic waterproof membrane under slab in lieu of standard.
