I think you will need to get solicitor involved to fill out some form, eg. Transfer of Land, if you are spouse then there shuldn't be stamp duty otherwise stamp duty is applicable.
Also, you will need to seek the consent from your existing mortgagee (your bank) and there will be fees applies.
