请教关于房子title的事

想把联名的房子转成一个人title的，是不是一定要请律师作tital的转换 + stamp duty + ect...（就象买房那样）
还是可以让一个人写个什么东西，自愿放弃自己的benefit（记得有个单词叫什么‘去锁’？？）也行的通？
所在homeloan,银行都不用变
请有经验的赐教

I think you will need to get solicitor involved to fill out some form, eg. Transfer of Land, if you are spouse then there shuldn't be stamp duty otherwise stamp duty is applicable.
Also,  you will need to seek the consent from your existing mortgagee (your bank) and there will be fees applies.
