But if you claim PPR Concession has to stay in 12 months :
The PPR Concession and First Home Buyers Duty Reduction are both subject to the requirement that at least one transferee occupies the land as his or her principal place of residence for a continuous period of 12 months commencing within the 12 month period immediately after the transferee became
entitled to possession of the land.
This is for existing home and land between $130,000 to $550,000. Correct me if wrong. |
