studio有必要买个房屋保险么？

Body Corp 说每个季度缴纳的body corp fee只是包含了 Owners Corporation Insurance. It covers all common areas of the building. It does not cover contents inside your apartment, for which you should have a Contents Insurance policy, or if you rent it out Landlord Insurance policy.
那也就是说，如果没有房屋保险，万一遇到天灾，body corp只管重建公共场所的building/structure, 但是屋里的门窗以及所有电器家具的损失就要全部自己承担了？
诸位买了studio的都有买房屋保险么？交流一下吧：）
但说实在话studio那么小，其实也没什么太多家具电器。除此之外，还有什么损失要纳入考虑而我还没想到么？

Usually owner corporation would pay buidling insurance which covered building itself (main structure), common area and public liability. However, the insurance would not cover anything inside the unit/apartment/studio (such as curtain, stove etc). Therefore, the owner who's living inside the unitapartment/studio, or the tenants themselves need to buy Home Content Insurance. For landlord who rent out the place, should buy landlord insurance, in case the tenants has damaged the property inside or unable to pay their rental charges.
