NSW首次置业（自住，非新房），stamp duty 是否还减免？

7月1号以后，二手房的就已经没有stamp duty的减免了，10月1号以后，是7000块也末了

应该是2012年1月1号以后二手房就已经没有stamp duty的减免了。The NSW State Government announced on 6 September 2011 that as of 1 January 2012 stamp duty concessions will only be available to First Home Buyers purchasing a brand new home or vacant land intended to be used as a site for a first home.
