Repair fridge

fridge not woking, I thought it was run out of GAS, so I google in my local area for repair.
find 3 guys, called 1 $50call out fee, 2nd and 3rd $75/77 call out fee.
I chose 2nd guy, he come this morning , checked fridge and show me, it was fan in the bottom need to replace. he need order new parts and give the quote tomorrow. but he still fixed it and said, it is working now, but will broken again.....then He left without asking any money.....
during the time He said he will call me tomorrow for quote, if I accept quote, I pay all ,if I do not accept quote, I just pay the services fee.
Ok, I am coming update information, the fan cost $99, labour $105=$204 case closed
