家里的狗抓伤来报价的砍树公司的人，请教我该怎么做？

抓伤了要看多严重，只是一点皮外伤就让他洗洗就可以了，医生都不用看，如果他坚持去看医生，医生最多给他打个破伤风针，还能有什么药吃呀。如果是咬伤有撕裂的话就另当别论了，我被狗咬过很多次，都是洗洗就好了。

同意这个观点，毕竟是楼主的狗把工人咬伤了，不要掺杂太多个人感情。有保险cover最好，不行的话就花点银子吧。

我的狗本来是锁在阳台的，但它趁我开门不注意的时候溜走了！

guest what happen next! this man called this afternoon said he is planning to put in legal action but as his lawer is in oversea so he just let me know first, he said if i don't want my dog be pulled down and pay for fine, i need to pay him couple of thousand of dollars then he wouldn't sue me! i immedially called council to consoult this case, the council legal staff told me that anyone shouldn't open or enter other people's gate/backyard without the owner present, the dog just protect the house, i don't have legal liability as it wasn't my fault!

简直就是敲诈，你让他去找律师好了，律师费都不少，而且还不保准能赢。下次他再来GGYY，你就跟他说你也找律师了，让他GO AHEAD。
