求助,Refinance的费用

从CBA Refinance 到NAB
刚拿到NAB的贷款合同发现下面一些费用:
Government fees and Charges:
Payable to the government revenue office in the state or territory indicated:
1. NSW Mortgage    $1101.00
2. NSW Collateral    $50.00
Payable to the land titles office in the state or or territory indicated:
1. NSW Title Search $32.00
2. NSW Transfer of land  $209.00
3. NSW Mortgage    $204.00
4. NSW Discharge of pre-existing mortgate $612
Other Government Credit fees and charges
1. Caveat Search fee $7.82
2. Withdraw of Caveat $102.00
Pay to CBA
1. Early exit fee  $175.00
2. Discharge fee $350.00
总计: $2842.82
请问各位TZ, 做个Refinance 真需要这么多么, 我怎么看见有人只要几百刀就搞定了?
