要退房了,查了些信息,对各位也许有帮助
1.地毯清洗
中介说要‘Steam Cleaning’,但实际是不需要的 ‘There is no need to do this under tenancy law’,而且允许有灰尘和脏的地方。
‘normal incidents of living’ means you are allowed to have some dust and belongings on the floor during an inspection.

2.房屋内的所有东西允许 正常磨损 ‘fair wear and tear’ 这个定义很模糊。
3.损坏折旧, 如果真是损坏可按照使用年份折旧赔偿

哪位明白人告诉我墙上的白漆的折旧年份,每年折旧比例,谢谢?

链接的 第一段,说的很明白

中介可以要发票,但租户没必要提供 steam-cleaned。
