‘‘I’m pleased to announce that the NSW government has made good progress in the three months since we announced we would go ahead with the 33 kilometre WestConnex project,’’ he said.
Mr Stoner said the body overseeing the project, Sydney Motorways project office, would work with consortiums led by Ferrovial Agroman and Leighton Contractors to develop the route along Parramatta Road.

这几年在PARRAMATTA买房的挺悲催的，眼睁睁的看着别的区的房价呼啦啦的往上窜。

有些小乱。遇过两回汽车无视行人在走斑马线，都是发生在帕拉玛达。但怎么讲呢，这个区还是有城市气象。相信卡灵弗再发展十年也没有帕拉玛达的城市气氛。

09年有朋友在那买了一个27万的UNIT, 去年12月33.5万卖出。还不错了。
