门口的大树可能损坏房子的地基，怎么处理呢？

看中一个房子，地段，价位和房子本身都觉得比较中意，但是这个房子门前有两棵大树，离门口才一米多，我觉得有可能根须已经损伤了房子的地基。主要是房子地段比较好，又有个适度大小的院子，价格在我们可以承受的范围里面，在这个地段其他这样的房子贵七八万，超出了我们可以贷款的范围里。不知道这种情况下，对这个房子的地基有补救的可能吗？不在地震带，但是在昆州台风高发带。我们买了后，那两棵大树肯定是要砍掉的。除此之外，对地基有其他补救方法吗？房子是30年多的老房子了。口袋里米不多，但又想安居，实在是没办法。

哦，我研究研究啊，不过总不至于为了树把房子给毁了吧？树虽然大，但不至于是名树古木吧。
我纠结的是，我还有一个备选项，地段更好一点，但是地小三分之一，而且卧室比我心目中的理想状态少一个，但是这两个房子开价是差不多的。所以我就在想这个树怎么处理好。
有人最近有昆州的房子买卖经验吗？好像昆州的法律和维州不同，那个维州的买房合同里有的section32昆州是没有的，都要去council花钱买报告的。

我在顶楼说了，30多年的老房子，混凝土的大砖结构。

   如果是名贵树种, CUNCIL要你改地基， 都不批你砍树

离房子这么近，只要不是保护树种，应该都可以砍的，找专业人来看看地基有没有受损，如果没有就更好了。
如果地基受损，墙会有裂缝的吧？

目测下来房子好像没有裂缝，我是得找个专业的人去看看。不过我们这里华人少，是在是有点两眼一抹黑的感觉。

先问Councile能不能砍树，如果不能，那只能在地基附近弄一个类似挡土墙的东西，把树根挡住。

我刚看了我要买的房的地区的council规定，基本上，离你屋子3米以内的各种树你就能砍了：（clause 3是指一些珍稀树种）
4. The following trees are exempt from this Order:
(a) Any tree not listed in clause 3 of this Order and not within a Heritage Conservation Area
and not listed as a heritage item
(b) Any tree where the nearest point of the base of the tree trunk is within three metres of the
foundation (see below for the definition of foundation) of an approved residential building,
garage, commercial or community building, or in-ground swimming pool
(c) Action to prune a tree by less than 10% of the foliage area within a period of not less than
12 months since any prior pruning
(d) Trees in National Park, within the meaning of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974
(e) Action to trim or remove trees required by Clause 23 of the Electricity (Overhead Line
Safety) Regulation 1991
(f) Trees within a State Forest, or within a timber or forest reserve, within the meaning of the
Forestry Act 1916.
