the best area in Mill Park: rivergum > blossom park. both are on the other side of the plenty road.

yes, quite a lot traffic from Mill Park to Lalor around 8 am.

为什么那边好呢？
rivergum and blossom park are the names of these two areas, both on the east side of the plenty rd.
blossom par is between RMIT East campus and blossom park drive.
rivergum is the area between blossom park drive and georger rd.
rivergum is the best as it is a relativelt new area full of big and decent houses priced at 500k ~ 600k, some are even higher.
