好像LZ想从邻居家的easement上开车进自己的院子，但是邻居在他家那块地上放了东西，结果LZ没法借道了？

Easement is for drainage/power line or other utilities. No one is allowed to build things above it. How ever you need to find out what kind of easement it is. If it is a drainage easement, give infrastructure division within the local council a call, they have the right to ask your neighbour move everythink away, unless a premit has been granted to change the easement title.
The title for a road accessing your property is call "right of way", and is supose to provide access such as drive way to your property and also nobody is allowed to build aove.
