谢谢提醒，我开始没把浴室的水管放在首要位置上，现在看来还是要先看看

水管漏水的BUILDING REPORT是这样的；
WET AREAS
BATHROOM
The shower recess was tested and found to be leaking. As a guide, the cost to repair a leaking
shower can be upward from $1,800.00 plus the cost of tiles. Where framing timbers are present
and damaged, additional expense may be involved. The bath appears to be in fair condition. The
area will need to be kept well sealed to prevent water penetration to surrounding areas.
Recommend all aging, worn and or missing tap hardware be professionally serviced and or
upgraded.
Estimated cost from: $3000.

3000不够。
除非你全部或者 部分自己DIY，你其他问题放一放，先解决漏水的问题吧，这个是致命的，房子就怕水和火
