想问一下Syd的同学们，大家觉得，Hornsby, Hurstville和Eastwood哪个升值潜力高？

印象中这三个都是有名的华人区，但是具体的了解还是不多。不知道大家觉得这3个区，那个比较好？潜力高？

具体的要看清他们3个区的councils对他们的谋划了，我还是觉得hurstville与eastwood半斤八两，比hornsby有明显优势，这两区距离市区差不多远，交通本来就是他们的最大特点，我不完全清楚hurstville的教育如何所以不给意见，而eastwood明显学校是吸引华人的优点，加上与几个邻居华人区互相辅助，至于hornsby离市区远，不过学校也是不错
