professional package有啥作用呀?
professional package的好处就是任意增加账户，没有额外任何账户费用等，方便用户根据自己实际情况来组合贷款类别。

It' not for the next rate rise.
The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) increased the official cash (interest) rate by 0.25% per annum on 8 August 2007, this followed an increase of 0.25% per annum on 8 November 2006. As a result of these changes, Westpac increased interest rates on variable rate loans by the same amount on 10 November 2006 and 10 August 2007. These changes were advertised in the national press on the effective date.

如果换成fixed loan, 还能interest only吗?

想问一下，如果用WESTPAC PACKAGE一部分FIX，当FIX的TERM结束后，利率按什么算？是安活期标准浮动还是有0。7优惠的？

You get 0.7% discount off the standard variable rate after you fixed loan expires under the package.

It's not another increase by Westpac,only the notification for last rate rise by RBA.
You can have interest only on Fixed rate.
