问题是，你家的楼里有小强，还是会进来的啊
我觉得要更健康的话，香皂好一些
味道能把小强赶走就好了，不能指望这些味道杀死小强

我家买了华人店里卖的蟑螂蚂蚁药，在房子边缘处洒一圈，超级有效，不过不适用于家里有宠物的家庭，有小孩的家庭也要慎用，看好孩子，这东西挺毒的

Ok, this is what I did a few months ago...all the cupboards, shelves, pipes look for their egg & eggs capsules (look at the top of the shelf too) clean them up, they love to hide at wet & dark places.
Spray Cockroach-specific spray to all the gaps, shelves (take out all bowls etc). Be careful if have babies, elderlies, cover your nose.
Buy Bait, this is important bec where you can't reach, the ones who ingested will bring back to their nest. You need 6-8 baits. And they need to be changed every 6 months.
不想杀生，但是它们繁殖很快，若还有更好的办法请大家分享。。。
