那个地方的自然环境是还可以的。主要是有几点：
1. 旁边有一个水库（那可不是湖），所以周边不太可能会被发展成很繁华的地区。你说的"National Park"指的是水库那里吗？信息有误吧。就那个小地方怎么会是National Park。那里感觉是个犯罪的好地方。。。。
2. 邻近的几个区，如Broadmeadows, Roxburgh Park都是比较经常上新闻头条的区。记得以前有一个穆斯林聚会总是安排在那附近。

For transportation, you can visit Department Of Transportation and Public Transport Victoria websites to see planned and current road/rail/tram projects.
Go to the local city council's website to find information about local development plans, e.g. library, swimming pools, schools, shops, restaurants, appartments etc.  All developments need Development Approvals from the council, you can find out recent DAs and DAs that are submitted but not yet approved. All these information are transparent and public.
Google search specific information e.g. search 'greenvale planned schools' etc.
